Benchmark specialises in the replacement or renovation of Kitchens and Bathrooms. I am a qualified Plumber, holding the City and Guilds Level 2 Technical Certificate. You can be assured that work will be advised to meet the current Water Regulations and carried out to British Standard 6700 (Design, installation, testing and maintenance of services supplying water for domestic use within buildings) I am a member of The Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (CIPHE) So I am kept up-to-date with all the current developements within the industry.

Having over 10 years’ experience in Property Development, I have a wealth of knowledge, experience and ideas of how to improve or update your home. Using these skills, I am able to offer you most home improvement services. Please have a look at the 'Services' page for some of the facilities on offer; however this is by no means concise. If, for instance, you are looking to have a Water Softener fitted for the first time I will arrange for a Qualified Electrician to install the power supply and arrange for their paperwork to be forwarded to you. I will continue with the remaining pipework and installation.

Should the unexpected happen, I am on the other end of the phone 24 hours a day. I don't charge excessive 'call-out' fees.

As everyone has different budgets, we can look at the possibility of staggering your renovations over a period of time. All you need to do is Ask!
